Proceedings: Minutes of the Meeting

Uttarakhand Satrudra Trust meeting was organized on 10/12/2021 at 11:00 am at Sweet Corn Restaurant Kaulagarh Road Dehradun. The participants were 1. Mr. VK Bahuguna 2. Mr. MPS Negi 3. Mr. M.P. Bangwal 4. Dr. LS Bisht 5. Mr. AK Barthwal 6. Mr. HS Aswal 7. Dr. Rakesh Baluni 8. Mr. GC Uniyal 9. Mr. RC Dhyani Discussion And the main points of discussion are as follows:- The position of accounts was presented by Sh. AK Barthwal. Various points discussed and deliberated in the meeting are as follows: 1. On 2nd December 2021, 7 members of the trust were on a 2-day visit to Anand Lok, Village Sirasu, Yamkeshwar Block Pauri Garhwal and had a small talk with the children of two schools. Function Attended: Primary & Junior High School (Govt.) Village: Sirasu.The members of the trust along with their wives were present with the children of the school and distributed woolen sweaters to all the children of both the schools. The amount increased in the purchase of woolen sweaters to Rs. 7,278 and it has been approved by the members. 2. It was considered that the nearby remote areas should be visited once in every three months by the members of the trust to find out the economically backward, needy and deserving students/schools. 3. It was also believed that children who have talent and excel in sports but belong to economically poor section of Uttarakhand should be identified and supported by the trust. 4. Women belonging to far-flung villages and nursing/pharmacy education as the bearers of their future will also be recognized and supported. 5. On 10 December, a 2-minute silence was observed at the beginning of the meeting to pay tribute to CDS General Vipin Rawat, whose wife died in a tragic, unfortunate helicopter crash near Coonoor (Tamil Nadu) I had passed away.and 11 other soldiers. 6. In order to avail the benefit u/s 12A of I Tax, a number of documents are required to be submitted along with the application which includes last 3 ITR files/audit reports etc. and the same will be provided by Mr. AK Barthwal and Dr. Bisht is requested to give complete details re requirements for Mr. AK Barthwalji. 7. It was agreed that every year 5 meritorious students for class 10th and 12th of Uttarakhand Board of School Education will be rewarded one time monetary award by the Trust with Rs.5000 and Rs.10000 respectively. 8. Since Shri V S Gusain, working as the Secretary of the Trust, was unable to spare time for the Trust and earlier expressed helplessness, it has now been decided that Shri MP Bangwal, in addition to the work of the General Secretary, may perform other duties as assigned. Will also see him from time to time. 10. Medical Aid Case Satendra Singh Resident Village: Sunderkhal (Kunjkhal, Lansdowne) admitted to Mahant Indreshho Hospital Dehradun and as recommended by the Subject Committee is approved for payment of INR 15000 to the hospital for his treatment. 11. As recommended by the Subject Committee, the case of Mrs. Sindhora Devi has been approved for family financial assistance of Rs.1500 per month and the case of Rashmi Bisht under review has also been approved for Rs.1000 per month as student financial assistance. 12. The matter of KM Haribodhini for student financial aid came up for discussion and will be considered when its recommendation is received by the committee. 13. Response of Ravindra Singh who got financial support for our eyes Mr. M.P.S. Surgery can be obtained from them by Negi. 14. Some primary schools in remote areas which deserve to be improved in basic amenities/infrastructure are to be identified and Shri HS Aswal and Shri GC Uniyal have been nominated for the job.Team of Dr. R Baluni, Dr. LS Bisht and Mr. HS Aswal has been identified by Unproductive Cows Care and Trust to locate Gaushalas located in Dehradun or surrounding area to provide free medical treatment to some sick/injured cows there can provide care. 19. Advance wishes for the New Year-2022 are given as next. Meeting will be held next year with all the members of Uttarakhand Satrudra Trust and their families. The next meeting will be on the second Friday of January 2022 (14/01/2022).
