Uttarakhand Satrudra Trust organized Annual General Meeting

Uttarakhand Satrudra Trust (Regd.) organized its annual convention on 07.04.2024 at 11 am in a restaurant located at Kaulagarh Road. All 11 trustees, associates, beneficiaries and social workers of the trust were present in the convention. First of all, the program started with lighting the lamp and Ganesh Vandana. Vandana was presented by Asha Rawat, Neelima Dhulia and Anju Bhatt. Trust Secretary Mahendra Pal Singh Negi gave information about the trust with his welcome address. He welcomed all the associates, beneficiaries and dignitaries present in the program. He gave detailed information on the future programs of the trust.


Ganesh Chandra Uniyal, while giving details of the work done in the last year, said that the trust is currently contributing monthly to the education of 21 resource-less and fatherless children and till now a total of 29 children have been benefited under this program. Along with this, 15 poor families are also being given financial assistance of Rs. 1500/- per month. In the field of professional education, three girl students pursuing nursing course were given assistance of up to ₹ 15000/- each as admission fee. Under medical assistance to the helpless class, ₹ 40000/- was provided for eye treatment, kidney and blood disorder treatment of three children. This year, meritorious students studying in remote schools of Uttarakhand were also given certificates along with financial assistance. Honor money of ₹ 83000/- was distributed to 21 students of five remote and inaccessible schools who secured first and second positions in the school in class 10 and class 12. Under the Prime Minister TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, nutritious food was provided to 30 TB patients from different areas of the state for six months. He also presented the account of annual income expenditure. On this occasion, the brochure of the trust – 2024 was also released. At the end of the program, in his presidential address, Chairman Dr. Rakesh Baluni said that the trust is continuously working for the welfare of the society. Our aim is to work with selfless and transparent spirit.

On this occasion, Mr. Vinod Bahuguna, Mr. Mangala Prasad Bangwal, Mr. Mukesh Dhulia, Mr. Virendra Gusain, Mr. Anoop Barthwal, Mr. Harendra Aswal, Mr. Shankar Dutt Pandey, Dr. Laxman Bisht, Mrs. Ganga Bisht, Mrs. Amita Barthwal, Mrs. Sandhya Bangwal, Mrs. Asha Gusain, Mrs. Neelima Dhulia, Mrs. Renu Baluni, Mrs. Vineeta Uniyal, Mrs. Purnima Pandey, Mr. Vijay Juyal, Mr. Arun Barthwal, Mr. Indu Bhushan Saklani, Mrs. Asha Doval, Mr. Jagmohan Sajwan, Dr. Ankur Pandey, Dr. Avinish Kumar, Dr. Madhav Maithani, Mr. Vinod Gaur, Mr. Saurabh Bisht, Mrs. Pooja Bisht, Colonel D P Dimri, Mr. M R Khanduri, Brijmohan Painuli, Mr. Shri Krishna Kotanala, Mr. S K Sehgal Principal Rajiv Gandhi Navodaya Vidyalaya Dewaldhar, Mr. Shri Krishna Thapliyal, Mr. Alok Chaudhary, Mr. Sukhpal Singh Bisht etc. were present. Students who received support from the trust, Miss Sonali, Miss Manvi Dhoundiyal with their mother and Sanyam Negi also with his mother were present and thanked the trust for the support. In the end, Virendra Gusain expressed his gratitude. The program was conducted by Mrs. Sushma Aswal.
