Uttarakhand Satrudra Trust distributed sweaters to children
On 2 December 2021, the members of Uttarakhand Satrudra Trust reached Anand Lok, Village Sirasu, Yamkeshwar, Pauri Garhwal on a two-day visit. Here, sweaters were distributed as gifts to the children of two schools – Ra P V Sirasu and R U P V Sirasu in a brief programme.It is worth mentioning that the trust has been running various programs of social service for the last two years, in which educational support to underprivileged students (currently 14 children), family assistance to poor underprivileged families (currently four families) and medical assistance (so far one) is included.During this Mrs. and Mr. Vinod Bahuguna, Mrs. and Mr. Laxman Singh Bisht. Mrs. and Mr. Mahendra Pal Singh Negi, Mrs. and Mr. Ganesh Chandra Uniyal, Mrs. and Mr. Anoop Kumar Barthwal, Mrs. and Mr. Mangala Prasad Bangwal and Mrs. and Mr. Harendra Singh Aswal were present. The program was coordinated by Mrs. Sushma Aswal. Earlier, the Principal Mrs. Radha Binjola expressed gratitude while welcoming everyone.On behalf of the trust, Chairman Mr. Laxman Singh Bisht addressed the children and encouraged them. In the end, Mrs. Mamta Chowdhary, Headmistress of Junior High School Sirasu proposed vote of thanks. Principal of Junior High School Sirasu, Mrs. Mamta Chowdhary and teacher Mr. Anil Rawat were also present on the occasion.
